It depends on the room category. Some categories allow one child up to 6 years in the parents' bed with no cot, others add a baby cot, and the larger categories offer a sofa bed suited to two children or two adults. Yes, but only a very limited number of connecting rooms are available. Therefore, this special request must be confirmed with the hotel’s Reservations Department. Connecting rooms are subject to availability and cannot be booked online.

The historic building does not allow full step free access everywhere, but most public areas are accessible without steps. A spacious elevator, cabin 140 by 120 cm with a 90 cm door, connects all floors, and a wheelchair accessible restroom is located in the basement.
