Deluxe Breakfast on the Beletage

Begin your day at EST® Hotel Palais Chotek in Vienna with a moment of pure culinary delight. In the elegant atmosphere of our spacious Beletage rooms, an exclusive breakfast selection awaits, defined by refined flavors and premium ingredients.

Enjoy freshly baked bread and pastries, sweet delicacies, carefully selected cheeses, fine cold cuts, and a variety of seasonal vegetables. The buffet is complemented by fresh fruit, exquisite jams, creamy yogurts, and high-quality muesli varieties.

Warm dishes, egg specialties, vegetarian and vegan options, various juices, and aromatic coffee creations complete the experience. Gluten-free bakery items are available upon request.

Take your time to savor a morning of peace, style, and flavor in a Vienna city palais. Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. Weekends from 7.00 am to 11.00 am.

Visit us daily from 10:00 am to 11:30 pm at the Bistro Bar SOPHIE, with a view of the magnificent staircase leading to the Beletage.

Enjoy our wide selection of coffee and tea specialties, fine beverages, as well as light meals, snacks and sweet treats, perfect for any moment of the day. Meals served daily from 11.30 am to 10.00 pm.

The idyllic inner courtyard of the elegant city hotel reveals three hidden gardens that form a tranquil haven, where the rhythm of the city softly fades into silence.

On fine days, our cozy Garden Bar invites you to savor refreshing drinks and refined light dishes, lovingly prepared with fresh, regionally sourced ingredients.

Unwind in our wellness area featuring a sauna and modern fitness equipment ( weight and cardio training). 

Access to the sauna and gym is complimentary for our guests. Massages are available upon request and at an additional charge.

Parking:
EST® Hotel Palais Chotek, your hotel in Vienna with on-site parking garage close to the city center. Please note that parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance and are subject to availability. Parking fee at the hotel: EUR 38,- per 24 hours.  

Concierge Service:
Our reception team will gladly organize sightseeing tours, restaurant reservations, concert tickets, car rentals, private guides, interpreters, and more.

Laundry Service:
From Monday to Friday, we offer laundry services through our external partner at an additional charge. Upon request, we can also provide an ironing board in your room.

Electricity:
All rooms provide 230V AC power. Adapters are available at reception.

Accepted Credit Cards:
Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, EC/MC, American Express and cash (EUR).

General cancellation policy:
Cancellations and amendments are free of charge if made 2 days prior to the booked arrival day, before 4 p.m. local hotel time. For cancellations or amendments made at a later stage the full fee for the first night will be charged.  Cancellation can be made via  the cancellation link at the bottom of your booking confirmation email. For amendments of confirmed reservations at EST® Hotel Palais Chotek, please contact our Reservations Team at reservation.chotek@est-hotels.com. 

Non – refundable policy: 
For special rates with non-refundable policy, no refund can be given in case of cancellation or amendment. In case your plans change, we allow once a date change. If the rates for the new stay dates are higher, you will be charged for the difference, if the rates are lower, the original rate booked remains unchanged.

Connecting rooms: 
Only a very limited number of connecting rooms are available. Therefore, this special request must be confirmed with the hotel’s Reservations Department. Connecting rooms are subject to availability and cannot be booked online.

Minimum check-in age: 
18 years. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. 

Accessibility:
The EST® Hotel Palais Chotek preserves its historic character, which means that the original architectural structure does not allow for full accessibility in all areas of the building. Nevertheless, a large part of the public areas is accessible without steps. Our spacious elevator (cabin size 140 x 120 cm, door width 90 cm) comfortably connects all floors. A wheelchair-accessible restroom is also conveniently located in the basement.

Does EST® Hotel Palais Chotek have a restaurant?

Not a separate restaurant, but Sophie Café, Bar and Bistro serves light meals and snacks daily from 11.30 am to 10.00 pm. A deluxe breakfast buffet is served each morning on the Beletage.

Is there an outdoor bar or garden seating?

Yes. The Garden Bar is set in one of the hotel’s tranquil gardens, serving refreshing drinks and light dishes made with locally sourced ingredients on pleasant days.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Yes, an onsite underground garage, EUR 38,- per 24 hours. Spaces cannot be reserved in advance and are subject to availability. Several public underground garages are within a short walk if the hotel garage is full.

What are check in and check out times?

Check in is from 3:00 pm and check out is by 11:00 am.
