Even the emperor preferred to live in Schönbrunn. For this reason, of course, his personal physician had to reside within walking distance of Schönbrunn Palace. For this reason, he built the present-day Schönbrunn Residence - an old house that was inhabited to the end by doctors families who appreciated the combination of comfort and tranquility of the district and the excellent transport connections (10 minutes to the city center).

Today the two old houses captivate with a wonderful view over the quiet and exclusive residential area of the 14th district. Park-like gardens, the immediate proximity to the Danube and a multitude of cafes with guest gardens and terraces characterise this area and guarantee a relaxed stay in Vienna.

Historical building

The two attic apartments offer a wonderful view over Vienna. In the direction of the gardens, spacious balconies and terraces are created which invite you to relax, especially on warm summer evenings.
