Excluding tourist tax: Children: 0-11 years: no tourist tax, 12-17 years: € 0,67,- per person, per night. Adults as of 18 years: €1,33,-  per person, per night.
 

Young children/infants: we have to emphasise  that - like in most houses - stairs, swimming pool, balconies, traffic in close vicinity etc. are major areas of risks for young children not being under parental supervision.  We do not accept liability for any accident or injury.

Terms & Conditions

Rates  are fixed prices per villa, per day and include the following: final cleaning on departure, intermediate cleaning after 7 nights, utilities (electricity, water, pool, garden maintenance), free high speed WiFi, free use of kayaks and bicycles, bed linen and towels (changed weekly), kitchen towels, liquid detergent, a sponge, dishwaher tabs; soap, shampoo and toilet paper in all bathrooms; free parking, washing machine incl. wash powder; 2 bottles of mineral water and 1 pack of Nespresso coffee capsules (on arrival only). 

Tourist tax not included: payable per person, per night, on arrival

Extra cleaning service is available upon request (extra charge).

Dogs/pets are NOT allowed at Villa del Mar.

In order to guarantee a reservation a deposit of 25% of the total amount is required upon confirmation. The remaining balance is payable no less than 60 days prior to arrival date.

A refundable deposit of € 400,- is required upon arrival.

Check in: 4 pm  Check out: 10 am: upon arrival our local partner will welcome you at the villa, introduce all available facilities and provide useful information on the area. Therefore exact arrival details need to be communicated in advance.
