Villa Diocletian - Rates & Terms

All rates are based on a 4 persons occupancy. For each further guest : Eur 10/day. Children 0-3,99 years are free of charge.

Young children/infants: we have to emphasise  that - like in most houses - stairs, balconies, traffic in close vicinity etc. are major areas of risks for young children not being under parental supervision.  We do not accept liability for any accident or injury.

All rates are quoted in EUR (€) including final cleaning, VAT, water, electricity, WiFi, bed linen, towels and use of 2 standard bicycles and kayaks.

Bed linen and towels are exchanged on a weekly basis. Washing machine on the premises.

Tourist tax not included: payable per person, per night, on arrival

Extra cleaning service is available upon request (extra charge).

Minimum stay: 3 nights in low season, 4 nights in shoulder season and 1 week in high season (change over day in high season is Sunday).

In order to guarantee a reservation a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon confirmation. The remaining balance is payable no less than 28 days prior to arrival date.

A refundable security deposit of € 300,- is required upon arrival.

Check in: 4 pm  Check out: 10 am: upon arrival our local partner will welcome you , introduce all available facilities and provide useful information on the area. Therefore exact arrival details need to be communicated in advance.
