2. Internet:
Free Wi-Fi is available, the password will be provided upon check-in.
3. Security deposit:
A refundable deposit of EUR 400,- (for the villas in Rogac) is payable in cash or via credit card voucher upon arrival. It will be returned to you after inspection of the villa upon departure.
4. Arrival /Departure:
The villa is at your disposal as of 4 pm on arrival day until 10 am on departure day.
5. Registration:
Kindly handover your identity card or passport to the host upon arrival for registration at the tourist office. The tourist tax is payable in cash per person, per night.
6. House keys:
You will receive 2 sets of keys which must not be passed on to non-residents. In case of loss of keys you are responsible to pay a compensation of EUR 200,-.
7. Visitors/Guests:
The villa may only be used by persons who are registered as guest. The number of guests must not exceed the total number of persons agreed in the booking confirmation. Visitors to the villa are to be announced to the host.
8. Dog /Pet:
A dog is only allowed at Villa Azzurro (Rogac) not in any other villa. The owner of the dog is responsible for its behaviour in the house and surrounding area and is liable for all damages, accidents and physical injuries caused. Sofas and beds are not to be used as sleeping place for the pet. A separate blanket will be provided upon request. In case the house is heavily soiled by the animal we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of minimum EUR 50,- (resp. up to the total arising expenses). Please avoid dog dirt in the garden area.
9. Smoking:
Please refrain from smoking within the villa. You may use the outside terraces and balconies for smoking. Open fire (e.g. candles) is prohibited inside the property.
10. Safe:
The villa is equipped with a safe. Kindly refer to the operating instructions provided and leave the safe unlocked upon departure. We do not accept liability for any damage or loss of your personal belongings and valuables.
11. Toilets:
Please do not throw toilet paper in any toilet as this will block the filter system and drain pipes.
12. Equipment /Inventory:
Upon arrival you are requested to check the villa for any possible existing damages and show these to the host immediately.
All inventory (e.g. crockery, glassware, pots, pans) is to be handled with care. Make sure to clean and store the items in the cupboards accordingly upon departure.
You are responsible to dispose of your garbage.
Always close the entrance door, even if you are at the villa. When leaving the property, kindly close all windows, doors, umbrellas and water taps. Also switch off lights and electrical devices such as TV, air-condition and stove. In the event of storm and heavy rain please keep doors and windows closed.
Don't dispose of any waste, leftovers, grease or similar via the drain pipes.
It is forbidden to remove inventory and equipment (towels, covers etc) from the villa. In case of group booking (in Rogac villas) it is also forbidden to move inventory and equipment between the villas.
Bringing in weapons, explosive and easily flammable material is not permitted.
13. Liability:
Guests are liable for all damage caused by themselves to the property and its equipment. Please report any damages immediately to the host.
Guests are requested to take all adequate precautions when using the villa and its facilities as well as paths around the house, garden, stairs and pool. The use is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at all times.
Young children/infants: we have to emphasise that - like in most houses - stairs, swimming pool, balconies, traffic in close vicinity etc. are major areas of risks for young children being without parental supervision. We do not accept liability for any accident or injury. Mosquito nets in bedrooms must not be used for infants and young children.
The use of the standard- bicycles and kayaks (available only in Rogac) is free and at your own risk.
O.K Diokletian d.o.o. shall not be held responsible for any accident or injury.
14. Right of access:
In exceptional circumstances and in the absence of guests, the host has the right to enter the villa to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The host is obliged to notify the guest about the entry into the villa at the next encounter.
15. Quiet hours:
We kindly ask to be considerate of your neighbours and refrain from noise from 2pm to 4 pm and 11pm to 7 am. In general you and all members of your party agree not to do anything that may cause a nuisance or annoyance to us or to any occupier of adjoining or neighbouring properties.
16. Termination:
In the event of disregard of the house rules , the host has the right to refuse the providing of further service and to terminate the accommodation agreement.
